In this Chew on This podcast, Dr. Steven Sundloff, a veterinarian and Director of the FDA’s Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, addresses whether we should worry about food safety and explains the important role that veterinarians play in protecting our nation’s food supply. Dr. Sundloff also tells us what resources are available for us to check whether or not our food is safe to eat.
